Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
These terms govern use of ResourceAI. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The current service
You submit one publicly reachable URL. ResourceAI renders that page, runs programmatic and, when configured, model-backed measurements, and produces a diagnostic report with scores, evidence, quality labels, and recommended actions.
Running an audit requires signing in with an email address (one-time code or magic link — no password). Fast Scans are free with fair-use limits: currently 5 new audits per hour and 15 in a rolling 24-hour window per account, with additional per-network limits. Cached results can be returned without starting new work. We may adjust limits to protect availability.
This is a single-run page audit. Recurring monitoring and a customer API are not part of the current service.
1a. Paid Deep Scan
A Deep Scan costs ₹49 at the current founding beta price. ₹999 is the declared planned standard price, not a historical selling price. One payment grants one Deep Scan credit and the print-ready presentation/PDF for the resulting report. Audit reports use the 90-day retention period described in the Privacy Policy. It is a one-time purchase — nothing renews automatically.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. ResourceAI stores the order and payment identifiers and amount; it never receives or stores card or UPI credentials.
If a paid run cannot start or ends in failure, your payment converts back into an unused Deep Scan credit automatically. This release does not provide an automatic cash-refund workflow. Partial reports — where some checks completed and the evidence is labelled accordingly — count as delivered, and their retry does not consume an extra credit.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit private, authenticated, secret-bearing, unlawful, or non-public network locations.
- Use the service where you lack a lawful basis to process the public page or where doing so would violate third-party rights.
- Circumvent rate limits, interfere with the worker or queue, probe internal infrastructure, or overload source providers.
- Use results to harass, defame, impersonate, or mislead people or organizations.
- Systematically extract the service, its reports, or its data in a way that harms ResourceAI or other users.
We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service.
3. Inputs, reports, and methodology
You do not transfer ownership of a URL or its public content by submitting it, and ResourceAI does not claim ownership of that third-party material. You remain responsible for your use of the submitted content and the resulting report.
You may use and share a report subject to applicable rights and these terms. ResourceAI retains rights in its software, branding, report design, scoring implementation, and original methodology materials. See the Privacy Policy for how audit data is handled.
4. Measurement limitations
- Scores are diagnostic observations, not promises of ranking, citation, revenue, or future model behavior.
- Providers, prompts, external sources, feature flags, quotas, and failures can change what runs from one audit to another.
- A report can be partial. Provider receipts and quality labels—not marketing copy—are the authoritative record of the evidence used.
- Public pages blocked by bot protection, paywalls, geography, or client-side behavior may yield incomplete evidence.
- Modeled score-change estimates are projections with uncertainty, not guaranteed causal effects.
5. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, interrupted, rate-limited, or withdrawn. Introductory pricing may end. We do not promise a completion time or uninterrupted availability. Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date.
6. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResourceAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profit, data, opportunity, or business interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability is limited to US$100.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ResourceAI against claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of a third party's rights, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
