Terms of Service

ResourceAI is an AI-optimization diagnostic platform. You submit a URL, we crawl the publicly accessible pages of that domain, run our measurement and judge pipeline, and deliver an audit report. The Service includes:

• Free partial audits (3 per IP, no signup required).
• Paid complete audits with full dossier, monitoring, and competitor benchmarks.
• API access for programmatic audit execution (paid plans).

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you do not own or have authorization to audit. You may audit competitor domains (this is the point of competitive benchmarking), but you may not use the results to harass, defame, or interfere with those domains.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, IP restrictions, or tier limitations.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond what the API provides.
• Use the Service to generate content that impersonates another brand or entity.
• Submit URLs containing illegal content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations, with or without notice.

Free audits do not require an account. Paid plans require an account and valid payment method.

• Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months. If the Service is materially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, we will credit your account pro-rata.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered for 90 days after a price change.

You own the URLs you submit and the audit results generated for your domains. Specifically:

• Your inputs: The URLs you submit remain yours. We crawl publicly accessible content only.
• Your reports: Audit reports generated for your domains are yours to use, share, print, and distribute.
• Our analysis: The scoring methodology, capability definitions, and pipeline logic are our intellectual property.
• Aggregated data: We may use anonymized, aggregated audit data to improve the Service, publish industry benchmarks, or train our scoring models. Individual audit results are never shared.

Let's be direct about what the Service is and is not:

• Audit scores are diagnostic measurements, not guarantees. A high score does not guarantee AI citation. A low score does not mean your brand is invisible.
• AI model behavior changes frequently. Scores may fluctuate as models are updated, retrained, or reconfigured by their providers.
• The Service crawls publicly accessible pages. We cannot audit content behind authentication, paywalls, or geo-restrictions.
• Our counterfactual model (LightGBM) is trained on a limited corpus. Impact predictions are estimates, not certainties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResourceAI's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResourceAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

The ResourceAI name, logo, scoring methodology, 15-capability framework, pipeline architecture, and all associated documentation are our intellectual property. You may not:

• Use our trademarks without written permission.
• Reproduce or redistribute our methodology documentation beyond what is publicly available on this site.
• Build a competing product using our published capability definitions as a specification.

Either party can terminate at any time. You can stop using the Service. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will retain your audit data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule, unless you request deletion.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with the updated date. For material changes, we will notify paid subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. If you are an EU consumer, this does not affect your mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
